The KE Valve Stockist supplies 6 Mo valves in UNS N08925. Our gate valves come in 6Mo, globe valves in N08367, and our check, ball, butterfly, plug, needle and custom made valves come in S31254, also known as 254 SMO.
Compared to standard 316 stainless steel, 6 Moly has an increasd Crome (Cr), Nickel (Ni) and Molybdenum (Mo) composition. The 6% Molybdenum content gives its name to this particular alloy, hence 6Moly or 6Mo.
